Something I've discovered is that I tend to beat myself up over some very silly things that are out of my control, such as my ADHD symptoms, or having a general disinterest in something from autistic obsessions overpowering everything.

I'm suddenly in the mood to play Jak 2 cause it's been almost a year and I'm still stuck on the same level, but I lost my ps2 memory card and so I can't really do anything till I find it😔I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be so dumb but I have a feeling I accidentally threw it away thinking a bag was empty.
