i have to say, though, that their mini albums were better, more cohesive. Core is a bit disjointed. But they have such upbeat, dance-y songs! So music is still good, just the album is too short for me and a bit disjointed

finally listened to XG's new album! my only complaint is it's only around 30 mins. too short :( i need mooore. and this is not a complaint, but they leaned more towards pop this time and less rnb. it sounds a bit kpop, like twice or lesserafim. but otherwise, it's pretty solid.

after my 14-hr waiting adventure in the airport last december, carrying a laptop bag, a tote bag, and a crossbody purse, i went on the hunt for a mid-sized crossbody that could fit my purse and other extras. google led me to the bigger version of the viral uniqlo round mini shoulder bag.

my birthday has come and gone. eating too much cake made me remember why i loved baking. it's bc i can tweak it and not make it too sugary. also, the reason why i love carrot cake is because of the spices. and no shop bakes them w/ lots of spices like anna olson's recipe. 😢

after weeks of thinking about #sewing a travel purse for my bluetooth logitech keyboard, i finally did it. i won't do it again. such a pain. i didn't have a pattern so i just winged it. so many stitches i had to undo 😭 but at least now it's done and my keyboard fits

i really want to bake carrot cake with burnt cream cheese frosting for my birthday next, but im worried about the amount of work, prepping and washing dishes after. not sure my millennial body can take it. i know, since i used to bake a lot with no help in my 20s, every day for extra money. 😵💫

my second hinterland dress still remains to be my best #sewing work. i did a toile for this, figured out how to do sba (and look at how the bust darts are perfect on this 🥹), sewed the first one with the short sleeves, and then sewed this one. maybe i should make another one.

i found salmon fillet in my local grocery. i had limited budget. what is a girl to do? looked if the grocery had sinigang sa miso mix. they did, so i bought the salmon. and bought kangkong. a win!!!!! 😎
