Soooooo I've been working on a soft outline/glow shader I'll be releasing soon.
It gets applied directly to the model's materials, and is everyday usable performance wise!
It's not 100% perfect, but pretty close :D

I learnt we could add ear movement to our face tracking in VRChat while at the Furality Creator meetup. So I HAD to add it to Leona. Files with this update will be pushed out soon. ❤️

Pro Blender tip: no one can stop you from dressing up your Blender default cube and spicing up the default scene
Just make your changes
save the blend file
and then go to File->Defaults-> Save Startup File

Leona went from 70k-ish triangles to just under 20k for quest. Surprisingly little had to be sacrificed. Some bits could be baked into the texture to save on polys, some were more crucial to the silhouette and stayed. It wasn't easy, but I'm surprised at how much we managed to fit

I want to inform about a change to our custom license that things like Poses Extension use, in regard to the upcoming @vrchat.com Avatar Marketplace.
The tl'dr is that the inclusion of BDAL assets for those versions will be allowed, which wasn't the case before.
