Guitar speed exercises are like running for your fingers. My left hand is giving me all SORTS of odd aches and pains first thing in the morning lately...but HELL if I've not got the sharpest technique I've had since I did my RSL grade 8 in 2022! Also John Petrucci is Maui on a guitar (demigod)
