I have some things figured for the character like their backstory and general vibe

I imagine one of the main things that they would do is experiment on innocent people, organisms, and creatures turning them into bio-mechanical, mismatched monsters or mutated creatures for various purposes thinking that they are making them better.

I don’t know how to put it into words but I had an idea for a villain whose true form is a brain or brain-looking creature like Krang that uses a mix of technology and biotech to have a body or use it to defend themselves
