Taxpayers should be able to see in detail and real-time how their contributions are being spent. This would also allow people to vote to retroactively address any non-sense expenses.

I wish Europe could implement a Smart Contracts tracking system using blockchain Web3 technology for public expenses. Taxpayers should be able to see in detail and real-time how their contributions are being spent. This would also allow people to vote to retroactively address any non-sense expenses.
