#Sol9DRK #DRKafterdark (for a dirty verbal reference).
Sol9!Fray stands outside of the residential area with a concerned expression on his face and holding up a boombox. Yea, like the cheesy 80s movies. Sol9!Sidurgu is all but collapsed on his couch, in his smalls and holding a bag of ice to his groin. Sidurgu: And I quote, "I can kiss it better." Through the screen, Fray says "I said I was sorry." with emphasis on the said. The implication is that Fray seems to have hit Sid in the groin on accident. Sol9!Sidurgu sits up to look at his television. A live feed of Fray outside is broadcast on it. Sidurgu: What the hells were you even doing down there? Fray, through the screen: Did you like it? I found it in the old archives when I was researching how to apologise. Some jackass stood outside for HOURS playing music to say he was sorry or something.

Fray (red hair) wanders through a plaza in Ishgard when they notice someone humming nearby. Curious, they approach a patch of flowers where a hyur is quietly busy picking blooms. Upon closer inspection, they realize the hyur is another version of themselve, one they privately call the "colorful" one for obvious reasons. They doubt they have much in common and consider leaving him alone. But Fray (flower hairpin) had noticed them long before that. He explains he’s gathering specific flowers to give to some guests. Fray (red hair) startles at being addressed and tries to hide their curiosity as a simple coincidence. He politely asks if they’ll help him pick the flowers, and they turn him down with their usual snark. But Fray (flower pin) has a disarmingly persuasive smile and voice, enough to make them cave and let their guard slip. They eventually give in and help him, and the simple task ends up carrying them well past sundown.

🔹Cleah sharing her aether with Ama to stall of their void curse leads to an encounter the WoL didn't expect.
Cleah finds Ama sleeping on the floor of the cabins in Tulliyolal. She gets annoyed as this isn't the first time she's found them sleeping in weird places. Cleah makes a comment about how heavy a sleeper Ama has been lately, fussing them out before getting flustered by them calling her name--endearingly telling them to shut up, knowing Ama can't hear her (or can she?) Cleah falls asleep while sharing her aether with Ama. She begins to faintly hear a voice of a child(?) telling her to wake up--hearing the infamous words of ''serve, save, slave, slay,". Cleah wakes up abruptly, finding herself in Ul'dah under the blinding sun. She suddenly hears the child(?) voice again as she turns and greets her child-self--both confused and bewildered as the smaller version of her smiles. Ama's aether bleeding into Cleah's due (allowing too much of it knowing Ama has a void curse).

It wasn't until she called him a heretic did he wake from the dream. Azys Lla was both months ago and yet in the quiet moments could feel like only minutes.

"Nothing happened." He would mutter if asked, avoiding whether or not he had wanted that to change.

Ysayle sits naked on the altar at the heretic's hideout in Coerthas Western. Fray, also naked, stands between her legs. Ysayle's left hand touches Fray intimately while her right grips him by the chin, forcing him to show her his teeth (an inherited Dzemael trait he is ashamed of). Fray's hand is on Ysayle's breast and he has an expression of mixed pleasure and conflict. Fray is seen sitting upright quickly in bed in the Forgotten Knight. Sidurgu sleeps on his side next to him, tail draped over his lap. Fray has his left hand to his mouth as if he were about to cry out and an intense guilty expression as he looks over at his sleeping lover.

Day 8 of #fluffvember2025 's prompt (Tension) gave me some brainworms, courtesy of @dedennechu.bsky.social and @sidurgu-orl.bsky.social due to Odin's weather being called "Tension".

Fray stands, sword out and ready to fight Odin who seems to have taken Sidurgu's face. Odin raises his sword, ready to strike Fray down. Fray hesitates, looking up at Odin, eyes wide in fear. He does not seem to have it in him to attack him. Odin's strike sends Fray flying, his sword knocked away from him. Fray lays motionless on the ground as Odin!Sid looks down at him.
