Metroid Prime 4 is fun. it’s the slickest samus has ever felt, and i’m really vibing with the music. this game feels a lot like classic 3D zelda, with an overworld that connects to several “dungeons” w/ bosses and powerups. only difference is the metroid-style backtracking/“bloat”

oh lord, where do I even begin? Silksong is currently my favorite game of all time. I’m about 50 hours in and 90% done. the music and sheer size of the map is ridiculously immaculate. the hand drawn aesthetic is adorable and much like HK, this sequel is tender and bittersweet.

disquieting, snarling, and brilliant. An Awesome Wave — the debut album of Δ — is messy alt-pop at its finest. what works is that it’s not forced. the chaotic lyricism and eclectic noise can come off as a little pretentious, but even now it’s a refreshing album, and a joyful listen

as their only studio album, Late of the Pier’s Fantasy Black Channel is glamorous, enticing, and fun. I feel like a lot of really good, really enjoyable songs came out in the ‘00s. that or I’m just nostalgic for old music. either way, this album rocks, and I can’t get enough of it
