I recently had the privilege of joining inmates and staff at HMP Dumfries for their prison parkrun. Such a worthwhile initiative and with great benefits for rehabilitation.

The parkrun at HMP Dumfries is certainly different but it provides the same mental and physical health benefits for those taking part.
