I'm not sure if I mentioned this anywhere, but the bit about the latte at the end is an echo of the first thing that Reigen struggles with, that Shigeo doesn't take his coffee with milk, that he doesn't drink milk at all. I wanted to convey that Shigeo is still Mob in the end.
