Exercise as a prescription? Absolutely! Effective, cost saving, and improves quality of life.

Physical Therapists working in Primary Care (still hard to find outside the VA) or interested in longevity can provide excellent testing and a "prescription" to increase quality of life and longevity.

If we are going through major bio-molecular changes in our 40's and 60's, why are we waiting to begin screening for geriatric syndromes, like falls, until after 65? What if we started in the 40's to develop plans and PREVENT later in life health problems?
Massive biomolecular shifts occur in our 40s and 60s, Stanford Medicine researchers find
Time marches on predictably, but biological aging is anything but constant, according to a new Stanford Medicine study.
