Dutchman steals world record backwards swimming from Irish person: now 17.00 kilometres in 8 hours, up from 15.66. No idea why it has to be 8 hours. Or backwards. Well, otherwise it wouldn't be a record, I guess.

There was a time in 2015 when @fip.fr had a lot of strike breaks "En raison d'un appel à la grève, nous ne sommes pas en mesure..." etc etc. They played a mesmerising world music piece almost on repeat. Apparently I had never heard of Shazam and I never figured out what it was. Until today!

There was a time in 2015 when @fip.fr had a lot of strike breaks "En raison d'un appel à la grève, nous ne sommes pas en mesure..." etc etc. They played a mesmerising world music piece almost on repeat. Apparently I had never heard of Shazam and I never figured out what it was. Until today!

Van Aert was stronger but kept making tiny mistakes, wasn't as smooth through the corners and up the banks. Del Grosso made no errors after having a relatively easy first part of the race where he & Kuhn got a "free" gap. #cyclocross #zolder
