I remember recording this video... this is a Pride i-Go Fold Powerchair with a remote control to fold the chair up to 4 mph). I now have a Quickie Q500M, which has SEDEO® PRO seating system, and a hydraulics powered tilt, recliner, seat raise and leg rest (up to 10 mph).

I almost forgot that today is the national day of rest for Black women.

There is an underlining reason for that, which I will explain at some point in time.

Today, I've been reminded to let go of all the day-to-day irritations & rest my nervous system.
