Watching “Dr. Zhivago”. This film, along with “Fiddler on the Roof” are as close as I’ll ever get to knowing what life was like for my grandfather living through the Russian revolution. Any time I asked him about it and how, at 16 he made his way to England, alone, he’d change the subject.

Trying to understand: the Constitution gives Congress the power to impose tariffs. The President imposes tariffs without Congress. Congress passes a law rescinding his tariffs. The President then vetos that law. Seems like something’s wrong here.
