Dear Santa, For Christmas, I'd like it if Google could actually stop receiving spam emails from the 1,000s of accounts I've blocked. If you want the cookies, you'll make this happen.

NEVER EVER use ticketsales.com. Was sent there through venue's website — Price slightly higher than what Ticketmaster would have charged, but TM wasn't working so I bit. Didn't realize until after the purchase that with 2 tickets in the basket, the total shown was for a single tkt. More in thread

Because exactly zero people have ever asked me why I vote the way I do, I spent an incredible amount of time and energy working on an answer. ediot1.substack.com/p/one-brain-...

"The universities do not pursue knowledge and truth. They pursue deceit and lies." — JD Vance, Ohio State University, Yale University, Yale Law School.

And on the pedestal these words appear:
‘My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!’
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.”

If local reality doesn't exist and observation is what solidifies reality, then the galaxies found by Webb that are so well formed that they force us to reconsider the age of the universe could be an example of us creating reality through observation. The farther we see, the realer it all gets.

At 1,427 years, the Kush empire is the lengthiest in history. Their economy was based mostly on trade and bolstered by redistribution where surplus crops were distributed to the people who needed them.
All in all, a pretty peaceful jawn until Roman invasion. FYI, Rome lasted 422 years. tmyk
