On flag day, neighbors remembered our commonality as Americans to honor the memory of US Navy Petty Officer Tim “Doc” Cook & raise awareness on PTSD. The foundation provides scholarships to youth for demonstrating knowledge on impacts to veterans, Gold Star & military families.
