I've been able to watch exactly three (3) Cubs games on the mlb app this entire season due to blackouts. My city doesn't have a professional team within 400 miles.

Why would this game be blacked out when:
1) i don't live in Arizona or Chicago

Thankfully Assad seems close and Horton looks good so far.

Today's game highlighted everything wrong with the Cubs organization
-complete lack of pitching development. I mean complete. We can't even develop a decent reliever (or we do but we trade them)
-horrible bullpen building by the management group. Did Jed really think this group was it?
