Yeah, tried teas too, but I think the problem might be awarness it's not my room, not my bed and all that
Plus where I live it's dark and quiet and here I hear neighbours, street, light comes from the outside 😭

As much as I am happy about having a job, being away from home is so tiring for me. I can't sleep, when I do I keep waking up and melatonin pills don't help as much as I would like
