Is there a universal law (like Murphy's) that says whenever you start to listen to an audiobook, everyone suddenly needs to talk to you about absolutely nothing, or it's just me?

Ahhhh, so it's okay for the government to listen to our calls, use Flock cameras to tail us, and monitor our online activity for the past 24 years, but Smith should be in jail for doing it to Congresspeople?

Let's have it in court. Discovery should be

There should be every version of A Christmas Carol shown on every network perpetually until January to remind some people and the majority of Congress that they're quite literally emulating the heinous pre-redemption Ebeneezer Scrooge.

It’s miserable to be so sick that you can’t even sleep, and have so much to do but just cannot muster enough energy to do it.

So, just starting Invasion as a break from the packing. Seems the cat is enjoying it too. 😆

Reality tv is the bane of civil society. It encourages taking pleasure in the hardships of others & it also encourages sanctimonious judgment of others’ personal lives made public.

I truly think it has significantly contributed to the lack of empathy in society today.

Envying my cat on this rainy, cool, mad day (week 3) of packing and moving around furniture in preparation for moving.

I hoped the last move would be the final one until my nest was empty and I move into an RV. I have moved 22 times already.

The universe has other plans. On with the adventure! 🙃

I’m in the throes of packing for a move, so naturally, I awakened at 5am w an anxiety attack, played games for an hour to make myself drowsy again, and will sleep for another couple, if possible, before I attack this mess and shove some of it in cardboard.

I 💜 the adventure, but I hate the packing.
