This kind of shit shouldn't be able to stand. I notice folks took video of these events, but didn't help this woman with the physical assault she endured. We have to be willing to get involved and help each other.

Section 504 is an important law that protects people with disabilities. Section 504 says you can’t discriminate against disabled people if you get money from the United States government.

That is being challenged.

The name itself and the erasure of black resistance is an issue. I can't really feel like folks who started spreading this initially were anti-racists.

I'm seeing a lot of stuff meant to appeal to progressives so they will repost, but is fake/misrepresented.

I don't really use Instagram. I have an account, but don't look at it often and post nothing. Anyway, my partner made me aware of a federated alternative called Pixelfed. It seems that it may be a good alternative, if you are looking to replace Insta.
