the advice i’d give to anyone pregnant is forget what anything was like before. you didn’t used to pee every 30 minutes? forget about that. this is the only reality, this is normal. you used to not have pain from normal movement? no you didn’t. denial is key to sanity here. this is just normal.

i think i made a mistake for a few years of my life deluding myself to believe i am no longer Mentally Ill and sort of downplaying the levels of mental illness i experienced throughout my youth and young adulthood because it really led me to pretending to be like my “normal” peers which never worked
