Anyone have suggestions on how to perm block spam accounts that all use the same big dicked guy pics, just a different username that follows me? I seriously block about 5 spam accounts each day, all using the same three pics with no other posts and it's really irritating

It's so refreshing to see that a majority of my timeline consists of pet pics, funny (non-offensive) memes, and lacks the drama of the bird site.
