Chief Justice Wagner further orders all interveners - including attorneys-general - to Zoom. AGs get 15 minutes of argument; they had asked the court for 30 minutes each.

new news: Bill 21/notwithstanding clause ... in a Supreme Court of Canada order today from Chief Justice Richard Wagner, 3 hrs of in-person argument is granted to six groups of appellants and 3 hrs of in-person argument for, in general, Quebec. Case scheduled 5 days, March 23-27.
