my doctor gave me even more medication on top of everything I already take to counter my (emotional) tiredness and lethargy (and the fact that me when anxious thinks someone is after me with a knife. Or figuratively suffocating) so let’s see if this works

I can’t believe that this week I have been so happy at work.. I really, really like the project. Though I’m not allowed to forget that I hate the company and wanted to leave roughly a year ago for a reason..

this will be mostly used as a way to dump my thoughts and other random stuff. being diagnosed with depression (and adhd), my self confidence being 0, being my own worst critic, having imposter syndrome and comparing myself with others, the thoughts won't always be as happy as I would like them to be

so, first post, but for everyone here that knows me as lisa/risa or rhy, I'll be using max for bsky. also, for everyone that knows me in real life, feel free to also use it when you see me! pronouns are whatever you want to use, but there is a preference for they/them.
