Red Willow County Commissioner Charles Fritsche has received multiple phone calls from concerned constituents, worried it will bring “hardened criminals” close to the community.

The school district charged more than $100,000 to its 14 credit cards on golf course memberships for admin, a class vacation in Florida, trips to the nail salon and dozens of gift cards worth nearly $5,000.
