I can’t get over the fact that 40 million people including children and seniors are about to lose access to food assistance in the USA by Nov 1. That is 16 million children and 5 million seniors.Some people will reach out and help but what about the ones that are not seen. Inhumane.

The number of MAGAs & Convoy nuts complaining about trails & parks being closed in the Maritimes is really something. Apparently your right to hike the trails in absolute drought conditions overrides the rights of the rest of us to keep our homes/lives safe. Like these guys ever go outside 😒🙄

So all over X today, there r American congressmen complaining about Canada not managing their forests due to smoke from forest fires. Apparently we are no longer friends because we are doing this to ruin their summer. I invite them to come North and bring their rakes. We could use the help.

So I see Canada has received the tariff letter from the mental midget. 35% across the board unless companies leave here and go to the US. I was against more pipelines but it times to shut off the tap and sell more oil to China and other partners. Once we r gone we won’t be back. Can hardly wait.

I must admit, there is more than a tiny part of me that got an enormous amount of satisfaction in seeing Poliviere get his ass handed to him last night. The icing on the cake is him losing his seat. I expect though, the weasel will find a way to hang around.

Well , not sure exactly what lit a fire under Canadian butts this morning but the advance polling stations seem to be doing a booming business today. I waited an hour this morning in my little town. I’ve never seen that before. ❤️🇨🇦

IMHO someday it’s going to dawn in a lot of people that Trudeau stepped down to save Canada, things r moving so quickly you know that these things have been on the burner. By proroguing the govt actions r being taken that needed to happen. He will be on the right side of history. Respect 🇨🇦❤️

Canadians bitching about a GST break over Christmas ffs. It might not affect you personally but I’m sure parents of young children will enjoy a break in children’s toys, diapers, books to name a few. You can go out to a restaurant and save a few bucks, get off Twitter,take your family to dinner.

Heading to the US next week for a few days, last trip for awhile I suspect. Wondering what I’m going to say when they realize we’re Canadians. The last time he won, we were in Vegas. Women working in stores were crying..gonna be ackward..again.
