Good for the Economy. Good for the Environment.
When we say #cleanenergy jobs are good for the economy, this is what we mean. Clean energy is American energy.

The clean economy employs more than 3.5 million Americans while creating a more sustainable environment for everyone in this country (and the world): cleanjobsamerica.e2.org

For the holidays, we're wishing for bipartisan support for the #cleanenergy economy next year.

In 2026, it's time to restart a fair market where the cheapest and fastest energy we can deploy -- like solar, wind, and battery storage -- can compete on a level playing field with fossil fuels.

Spreading holiday cheer by sharing an uplifting piece of news.

"Through November, 92% of new power capacity added to the grid in 2025 came in the form of solar, wind, or storage, according to Cleanview analysis of U.S. Energy Information Administration data shared with Canary Media."
Chart: Clean energy remains dominant in the US — despite Trump
Trump spent much of 2025 boosting fossil fuels and blocking renewables, but 92% of new power additions through November were solar, wind, or batteries.

A #cleanenergy economy story in two parts:

Picture 1 = Despite the policy uncertainty, 2025 has seen nearly as many #cleanenergy project announcements as 2024. Proof that momentum for progress continues.

Instead of "red" vs "blue" the only thing we want to see in 2026 is green, clean energy; a proven sector generating quality jobs for communities across America.

Investing in clean energy means investing in domestic industrial power and quality jobs for millions of Americans. #WednesdayWisdom

Last week, Michelle Knox, the owner of WindSolarUSA, Inc. who's helping bring affordable, clean energy to Illinois, joined E2 to show members of the House and Senate that clean energy is good for the economy and environment in every state, city, and town in America.

Through November, we've seen nearly 3x more private sector project cancellations compared to announcements in the #cleanenergy economy in 2025.

Despite seeing the fewest cancellations of any month, a negative policy environment continues the trend of economic losses outweighing potential gains.

ICYMI, last week, the Trump administration announced their decision to make 🚗 & 🛻 less fuel efficient. Driving up the cost of...driving for millions of Americans.

Trump's new lower fuel-economy rules will make cars cheaper, White House says
It's the latest in a series of rollbacks of Biden-era policies by the administration.

Backing clean energy is not a "left" or "right" policy issue. Democratic and Republican districts will both suffer if we continue to pull back from the clean economy.

A message to lawmakers: Don't leave the United States behind as the rest of the world 🌍 shifts to a clean energy future.

@CanaryMediaInc covered the rise in grid storage over the last 8 years.

But did you know that as of last year, there are nearly 170,000 workers employed in the storage and grid sector? That's more than all the painters working in the U.S., according to our annual Clean Jobs America report.

Energy efficiency employs about 2/3's of the clean economy workforce.

The story of the EV sector in America is a tale of two bills. In 2022, the Inflation Reduction Act led to $74 billion in private sector investment into the sector. This summer's One Big Beautiful Bill Act has put that progress in reverse, leading to the loss of more than $23 billion and 30,000 jobs.
