I still get sentimental for the time Decav released in a way that I don't get with other games. Imagine one of your favorite games releasing again and being 20x better than the first time. The play sessions then were consistently even longer and more exciting than entire new video games are for me

#compsplatoon 12th/93 in the NA League's first preseason week! Feeling pretty good about that, team did great today, but I have lots to work on. Lots of winnable sets we lost here but that's par for the course for competitive anything

#compsplatoon 23rd/92 in the second preseason week! Looks worse in a vacuum but the average team seemed stronger and it feels like we're getting closer to figuring out our team's biggest faults. Very happy with how we did!
#compsplatoon 12th/93 in the NA League's first preseason week! Feeling pretty good about that, team did great today, but I have lots to work on. Lots of winnable sets we lost here but that's par for the course for competitive anything

in hindsight it's kinda funny how i hate mk8d despite everyone kissing its ass. i was convinced i would hate the next mk game because i thought it'd share similar problems
and i was dead wrong because mkworld is one of my favorites in the series even though it's super divisive LOL
