I always keep things to myself instead of saying it, it's hard for me to say no, so I just say yes, yes, and yes. I end up thinking that if I said no they will hold a grudge against me.

I've been talking with a girl recently. Everything was going well, but I think i messed up everything since I told her I liked her, but in a friend way, not as love because that would be too much, I did it without thinking because I didn't know how to keep talking.

I don't want to sound like I'm ungrateful. I appreciate that they are trying to make plans for my birthday. But it's doesn't feel the same since last year.
