Guile and Ken should be moved up a tier each, and 2 tiers for Zangief, if Terminator glitch got unbanned (theorycraft XD)

Had 78 entrants :)
I got 9th :D
Team-killed a homie from my locals whilst in a VC with them XD
I had to play 2 games on stream...
Those were the 2 games that I lost XD
All in all... Pretty good :)
Very fun.
Would recommend.
