The recruits ICE have been bringing in are so incompetent that some of them can "barely read or write." There are also plenty of other issues, like recruits showing up with gang-related tattoos, failing drug tests, and having serious criminal records.

The recruits ICE have been bringing in are so incompetent that some of them can "barely read or write." There are also plenty of other issues, like recruits showing up with gang-related tattoos, failing drug tests, and having serious criminal records.
