I’m literally feeling like a helpless little child . It feels that this therapy is degrading me. All my life long I never needed someone to help me, I was strong and I took pride in all my accomplishments from a young age. I never had help growing up. Why can’t I overcome this by myself ?

Today I asked for something without meat, i got spinach and potatoes. One tip for people who love dishes with meat, do not fear i don’t try to shame or guilt anyone. A day or two without meat is healthy and good for your body and your Mental health. Just a little new point of view. It’s healthy.
