Well Nortriptylin is yet to this day the most effective treatment I've try, but there was a dry mouth side effect that was real bad on me so I changed. Maybe you could give it a shot ?

Pregabalin has been a life changer for me for about 4 years before the effect started to fade away, nos I've been put on duolexin and OMG does it work so much better. Less side effect, longer range during the day, less tired but I guess there's no one treatment that's perfect for everyone😉
