Let the count down begin. This is what site change looks like for my artificer, first one is when I take off the pump. Second one is when numbing cream is ready for a new site on. So proud of my lil boy after a rough day of insane highs for no reason he asked me to change his site Incase.

I wanna be snowed in with no power (Declan’s tech fully charged obvi) so we can just read and play games. I may have to fake a power outage one day lol.

Had an excellent site change last night for Declan. Only for it to get ripped out today while he was changing!!! Ugh. Here we go again.

Well after years of “migraines” I have officially been diagnosed with occipital neuropathy. I’m conflicted. I’m happy that I can start treatments to feeling better. I’m angry I suffered for a decade for no reason. I’m also worried as to why?

As some of you know I have had a hell of a past couple months. Car broken into. Son’s sugars have been everywhere. I’ve been sick. The bills have honestly piled. My birthday was Sunday and Christmas is coming up.

Little ones surgery is finally done :). She’s home resting and eating ice cream.

Someone wanna explain how eggs, a small package of ground beef , cheese and tortilla wraps came to over $30 and I had to put back the cheese cause couldn’t afford it.

That fun moment when your car gets broken into and $300 gets stolen. I’m so close to the edge.

When the adhd med wears off during your son’s bowling league, and his diabetes decides to play chase the low game…… Im so over stimulated I’m nauseas and feel like I’m gonna puke. I’m also shaking cause I wanna hit everyone making a noise. ADHD rage is real.

Honestly…… I want scream. I hate diabetes.

Dexcom failed. So had to wake my lil man take Dexcom off out numbing cream on other arm, in 30 mins I’ll be putting the new one on. Then wait the 2 hour warm up. He’s so tired, he’s stuffy. My hope is he doesn’t remember any of this.

Some people are ruled by technology as a choice. My son’s life depends on it. Praying his Dexcom comes back on and it doesn’t fail.

Well looks like I did a thing. :)
