Trying to get a local trail group together in Sierra County, NM. There’s already a plan moving forward to build a footbridge across the Rio Grande in TorC, and we have a trail day scheduled in the Black Range on March 16! Hope to do more before then.

One of my favorite places close to home to visit and just sit by the creek. Sierra County New Mexico has everything from low Chihuahuan Desert to 10,000’ + mountains with spruce/fir and aspen forests. This is at around 6500’.
