#T-mobile worst customer service they are literally making me go into the store because they cannot figure out how to help me pay my final bill after I’ve already closed my account. They seem to have no clue how to assist me

T-mobile customer support is a nightmare.. they will not give me the final bill because they claim they have no way to confirm who I am since I canceled
