I’ve been watching mostly Xmas stuff since we got back from vacation. Made it out to the theater twice this week to watch 2 non Xmas movies. Finished the holiday season with a re-watch of one of my favorites.

First day of 2026 and we’ve got a leak in the living room, right in front of the tv. Mr. Roper said he can’t do anything about it until tomorrow! I’m trying not to go ballistic but now Mr. Evans has put on The Rose Parade! 😖😖

We went out for one last holiday cocktail. That was at 4:00. Walked around the pier a little bit. Got pizza and wings on our way home. We were done with everything by 6:30. Now it’s telly time. 🙂 📺

Couldn’t stand being at work for another minute so I bailed out early and came to Marty Supreme. Treated myself to some concessions which I have t done in ages. Smuggled in the red vines tho.

A good friend of mine called me (drunk) at 12:00 am on New Years. She knew I was alone so I figured she was calling me to wish me a happy new year. Nope, she called me to tell me how much she hated what I got her for Xmas. 😞
