I had an interesting experiment at Joshua Tree today. I’m a Brown woman and when I went in to get a pass the young woman asked me if I was an American citizen and everyone in my car. I was surprised. Meanwhile she didn’t ask that of the white man right behind me. It’s going to be a long 4 years
