Ep6 The Cottage was gorgeous and I would burn the world for Shane and Ilya. HOWEVER I can't say I’m not still struggling with resentment for my years wasted to self-loathing and loneliness. I didn’t get a fraction of their lot until my mid-30s. I don’t think I’ll ever forgive the universe for that.

There was a tradition of Christmas selfies in childhood homes where you’d discover how secretly posh somebody was. Cottage in Esher. Cocker spaniels. Aga. Parents still married. Not seeing many this year. Have they learned shame, or did I just unfollow them?

Ooh good question. The north end of Waterloo Bridge where you can see the whole vista from the City to Westminster. Turning the corner into Old Compton Street because then it's safe to hold my husband's hand. Victoria Park because I spent so much of the pandemic in it willing my sanity to remain.

In 2025 I also qualified as a PT, and got my website up and running. I had a good run of clients initially; half a dozen really awesome guys. They've since gone off to do their own things (which is great!) and I have neglected to replace them. Maybe that's a thing for next year, too.

I'm so very close to reaching the bottom of this vile powder. It's so close, and I'm excited where my protein journey will take me next. Hopefully somewhere that doesn't taste how stale piss smells.
It's been two weeks and I am so upset at how truly revolting this vegan protein powder is. I am not a fussy eater but it is desgosten. How do you live? But it was £60, so bottoms up I guess.
Finally eliminated all dairy from my diet and it's astonishing and depressing just how much better I feel. I'll miss u, cheese.
The ultimate switch was from whey to pea protein shakes. Nobody drinks protein for flavour, but it's going to take some getting used to the taste of hairspray post-workout
