My little blue Brompton and I have had adventures together for over 20 years. But now, the once simple act of lifting it on to a train has become difficult for me. I hope this will pass and we’ll have more trips together. #ChooseCycling

Very cold ride this morning. My fingers are like blocks of ice. Hoping someone meets me at the office to haul the bike in as I’m not allowed to use its inbuilt mobility aids - aka the rollers 🙄 #ChooseCycling

Saw a swan sat in the middle of the roundabout on Markeaton Island. Seems an odd place to go to. Worried about how it is going to get back home safely. Hoping it can fly OK. 🦢

This weekend, cycling across Derby in the wind and rain to see ex-colleagues at an open studio. Purchased creations (wrapped safely for the ride home - no pics, they are 🎁 ). The stockings were to raise money for Air Ambulance. 🚲
