Should the Sevenoaks scale go beyond 15 years for a disqualification period? Should we have lifetime director disqualifications? There seems to be no regard for stakeholders including creditors with some users of the corporate form

Query - if the Business Secretary Peter Kyle says “You can see that we’re pushing the boundaries of the law, but we are straining at the bit to do it.” Might that embolden others, e.g. company directors, to push boundaries regarding their duties, loan obligations, tax exposure, etc? 1/2
