**Planning and Infrastructure Bill update**

The House of Lords have moved to keep vital protections for sensitive habitats and species.

It's now time to ask MPs to hold the line.

Let your MP know that we need to keep Amendment 130 in the Bill.

Email your MP. Amendment 130 would make sure the new planning systems works for, not against nature.demand they keep amendment 130 in the Bill
It's now or never. This is the last chance to protect nature in the Planning and Infrastructure Bill. Email your MP to keep amendment 130 in the Bill.

I don't celebrate Halloween but I feel obliged to pass on this public information film about the socialist vampires who invented the climate crisis. 🧛🌎🎃
Hi Bluesky 👋 I’m Oli, socialist vampire. I invented the climate crisis as a means to push through evil policies that will create a greener fairer world with more free-range organic humans (which as we all know, have the most delicious blood)

Good news about banning burning on peatland. Now we need progress on the bill to ban horticultural peat too - back in Parliament this Friday 12 September.
Great to see that government WILL ban moorland burning on peat deeper than 30cm, and over a much greater area than previously

Big win for communities who've suffered the smoke + floods stemming from this Victorian practice

Only losers are ~150 wealthy grouse moor owners

When it comes to climate action, let's pick the low-hanging fruit of wealthy polluters first
Climate policy should target the richest cohort responsible for the largest share of global CO₂ emissions. Eliminating the fossil fuel subsidies that primarily benefit them would be a good start
