The reintroduction of Odegaard and the growing influence of Mikel Merino will help bring us back the other way - the fixture difficulty swing should be of aid too.
Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea, even Everton and Bournemouth are less effective at disrupting opponent buildup this season. Energy-saving defensive strategies might be the new trend. Only Spurs ("It's just who we are, mate"), Palace and Brighton stand out

Been tracking this all season, we actually kicked off with a positive swing by gaining 3 points at Villa, since then though it's been quite disappointing.
From our next 27 possible points we got an equivalent of 24 last season, dropping points just once - Fulham (A).
