Finally finished Book 6 of The Expanse series.

I’m officially at the end of the books covered by the TV series. Brave new world for the next one, but I’m really excited for the final third of the series!

Challenging myself to finally finish Human-Centered Data Science during October. Been trying to finish for 2+ years.

I heard Cecilia Aragon speak at a Women in Data Science (WiDS) event and love their philosophy and approach to data, from question generation to data collection to analysis.

I was a reader growing up. It was a core part of my childhood and how my family knows me.

So it was a major blow during the dissertation phase of my PhD when I couldn’t read more than a page of written words before passing out. No matter the topic.

Also a major detriment to my research progress…
