The HHS report has no authors listed and according to folks at the APA, has incorrect citations and dubious scientific rigor and integrity. #APA

I know people dislike BMI as measure of obesity, but a new study in JAMA shows it's actually a very good predictor of excess adiposity.

My very first published paper was a genetic test to accurately identify different species of bumblebees which are almost morphologically identical for conservation purposes. "If it looks the same it's the same for all meaningful purposes" is nonsensical if you know *anything* about biology.
I’m rapidly losing all respect for Beth Shapiro. She’s deliberately misrepresenting the morphological species concept here to claim her modified wolves really are dire wolves. It’s ludicrous. www.newscientist.com/article/2475...
