Rural hospitals run on razor-thin margins. Medicaid cuts and ending health insurance tax credits puts them right back on the brink. This isn’t just about health care, it’s about jobs, local economies, and the survival of rural communities.

In the Commerce Committee, we protected people from having their credit scores ruined after an accident or medical illness. The Trump administration is trying to take that away.
