Catching up on #TheTraitors.

I’m not sure why no one has clicked on something which has been bugging me for a long time. The last few people who come in to breakfast are always faithfuls and the ones the traitors have pondered about killing the night before. Clues galore here!

THREAD: In December 2024, we received a record number of 999 calls about the most serious injuries and illnesses such as cardiac arrests (Category 1).

We're redoubling efforts to ensure we reach our sickest patients during an incredibly challenging winter period.

Useful website to bookmark for free webinars on primary care topics from south London paediatricians. These are really useful from attendance as a GP.

Happy new year everyone.

I’ve just been told on Twitter I’m not a Londoner and I “invaded” his city in 2004.. I think he must feel threatened by my liberalism and the LGBT flag 🤣

Wonderful Christmas dinner again made my Neil. Stuffed to the rafters. Had to wait several hours and now about to tackle his home made figgy pudding 🤣

Home time. Waterloo Station has a few stragglers like me just finishing work. Happy Christmas to all who celebrate it and happy holidays to everyone (I hope everyone has some time off)

Can any clever IT person help me work out how to get full screen on monitor 1. I’ve pleased I’ve managed to get the second monitor working but now liking the emis ‘box’

Funny working in a place you used to work and seeing your notes from 5 years ago..

Helps to trigger a memory about a patient to help contextualise their presenting problem now.

The joy of Emis messaging. Being able to live chat with my friend who works remotely in Liverpool 🤣

Out of #Whamageddon. Should have turned the other way when I saw a woman dressed as Santa dancing to music at the top of Lower Marsh in the way to work this morning.. 😭

We had a disaster yesterday. Neil spent all day making a Christmas cake and then dropped it getting it out the oven and it was unsalvageable. We both feel a bit gutted 😞

Dear @rthonwesstreeting.bsky.social

You said that part of the reason you couldn’t vote for the AD bill was the lack of adequate palliative care in the UK.

You are the health secretary.

Will you now pledge publicly & immediately to fix that?

Or are dying people not enough of a priority?

Time to state my almost but not quite achievement if the day.

Got through 3 sets of doors and navigated a rabbit warren to see a profoundly deaf patient with mobility issues on my way home from work earlier. Unable to get through the final obstacle, the front door which she was unable to unlock.
