I've a distant relative whose brother was murdered by a deputy out of site of the others chasing him on foot (after only irritating them a little and then just sitting on a back porch). There was never any real investigation, even internally. He was just dead and gone and no one would look into it.

All melted. Birds emptied it in two days so it needed a refill. Room where I transferred seed from bag to bin didn't need the big seed spill I made, though.

I think ground penetrating radar might be possible from the air or orbit. There's probable cause to do that (if even needed), and if something anomalous is found, enough to dig it up.
