I know we’re not supposed to judge, but I am me and I judge the country /region by how they brew a Pilsner style beer. So: 1. Kudos for calling it a Pils - you have my heart @brasseriemeteor.bsky.social - 2. this is bangin’!! and 3. Sorry for not writing this in French #soz @chimprocket.bsky.social

This afternoon I purposely drank a light struck beer I kept in the February sunshine for three days. Certainly not amazing, definitely not great, just a bit meh. Don’t get me wrong, the beer was faulty, but not undrinkable. Interesting to say the least 🍺
