Subjects who got chemo in the morning reduced risk of disease progressing by a whopping 60%.

Super simple intervention, huge result. I hope the finding holds up.
This is just nuts.
In a well-powered randomised trial, giving immunotherapy in the morning rather than afternoon/evening produced ludicrously big improvements in progression-free survival
